I can't take credit for this. I read it in the comment section of the article whose link I posted below. For more laughs, the article itself is a joke as well. I would credit the author directly, but he/she is identified only as a guest.

How many tea party patriots does it take to change a lightbulb? Ten million and five: One to go to Wal-Mart and buy a lightbulb (and a gun because he’s going to the store anyway), one to scoff at global climate change, one to draw a rally poster making fun of Joe Biden, one to complain about the socialist conspiracy to bring light to all Americans, one to change the bulb, and 10 million to sit in the dark even though the light is on.

We actually have to buy 3 just to get 1. One goes to the welfare crowd and one is sent to Washington to be thrown in the trash.

All three at the lowest price from three different light bulb companies price cutting to increase sales. Nothing like competition to make them work harder.

Yeah. The stench of sour grapes is very strong here.
Idaho County, where State Sen. Nuxoll comes from, is the most rabidly right-wing county in the state. It has an ancient tradition of electing wing nuts.

As an aside, the good Senator's hometown is the location for a state mental hospital and prison. All the criminals with mental cases end up there.

Trick question: They're not allowed to, Democrats have made it an IBEW union job.
