I have heard of suppression therapy, but once the therapy is stopped the person will go through puberty as normal. It basically buys the person time to decide if they want to go through with surgery. It isn't something to make a rushed decision on.

Do you have a link on someone giving a child hormone therapy?

What makes you think a person can be let to be transgendered? They may let him dress in girls clothing or act like a girl, but sexual identity is not something one lets happen. Did your parents let you be straight? Sexual identity is what it is.

Thanks for your well reasoned response of it all being "BS." I actually have a relative that's a prof at a top 10 University and runs a child development lab as part of the psych department.
