Most of my friends are liberal. Most of them take vacations. Socialism is not communism and it can co-exist with capitalism. Taking issue with income inequality does not mean that we believe that everyone should be paid the same thing from the CEO to the janitor. Believing that there should be a minimum wage (because full time workers should be able to afford food and shelter) does not mean that we believe that a fast food worker should make $100000 a year or that a doctor should make $7/hour. Not wanting to get rid of all government programs and not hating every poor person and blaming them for all things evil does not mean that we hate the wealthy. Do you guys read from a script?

No one ever clocks how many hours the President works- it is how many he is "on vacation".

Obama loves Hawaii. Beside the fact that it is an overpriced tourist trap Who wouldn't love the scenery and weather?

That $1.4 Billion is not a VACATION TRAVEL TOTAL ... it is the TOTAL COST OF EVERYTHING related to the president, which includes the salaries of staff, and everything else, and it is for the ENTIRE YEAR ... not just the days Obama was on vacation.

The $127 Million Bush link is specifically for Bush Vacation Travel ... and nothing else!

I guess the same could be said of the Wall Street stock traders, bankers, investment persons, politicians, used car salesman, etc.
What about people who just work a job. They don't hire anyone, but can become wealthy. Quite a few where I work experienced this delightful event when their stock shares were sold. Overnight millionaires. They didn't create any jobs...

So, is the conservative mantra now "your hard work and smarts only count if you start a business and hire people"?

How narrow will the criteria become?
Just narrow enough to exclude Obama?
