Happens everyday, all across America. This officer is to be commended, but lets not forget the thousands of charities and volunteers that do this type of thing for most of their waking hours. And lets not forget that Christians are the first in line to give back to society. They do it quietly and willingly and without the need for a "viral video" to trumpet their kindness.
Even when they are being bad, the NYPD is a class act. Hell, NYC is a first class act.
If it were not for love there would be no New York- I LOVE NEW YORK. Love it - it loves you...love makes the world go round - Hate and indifference bring it to a grinding halt....oh- and Merry Christmas.

The picture was taken without the officer's knowledge. A tourist from another state took it several months ago.
The tourist decided to send the picture to the police department, which added it to their website. From there it took off.
The officer only told one person what he did...his mother.
Bah Humbug on Liberals....NY is the mecca of liberalism!!!
