really? and just what was obama plan? you cant tell us because he had NONE. all he did was demonize romney and the republicans, and blame bush. obama has no plan except to raise taxes on the wealthy and spend more money. the democrats, lead by obama and reid, have said that they will block anything the republican house puts out unless it is exactly what the democrats want, IE increased taxes and increased spending, and no debt ceiling. some negotiation by the democrats. so try again sport, where is obamas plan? why isnt he out front leading the charge to cut spending, like he promised in 2008 and again in 2012? obama cant just call it in anymore and expect people to jump and do what he wants.
That took me a whole 3 seconds to google Obama's fiscal cliff plan.
Yes --- another ream the middle class -- those who paid into the system face cuts, those who pay nothing, the unproductive classes face no cuts --- but instead Obama plans to give them even more.
You do know that what most people pay into Medicare covers a fraction of what gets drawn from the trust fund. So are those people moochers too?

It's the same old song and dance. Obama wants gridlock and he's on the bully pulpit again. He won't follow through on his promises and blame is the safest game in town.

In this case, YES!! He's the one being arrogant and making it impossible to reason with.

Where would Obama get the idea that his plan should pass? Oh yeah, we just had an election. The country rejected the Romney/GOP vision and favored Obama's approach.

You aren't even acknowledging that he has already doubled down. What he won on and what he's doing now are two totally different things. SNAFU, he's just doing what he does. You can keep deflecting like you don't understand English.
It's not really time for the Republicans to do anything --- they LOST --- remember? It's time for Obama to get to work and create all those millions of jobs he promised to create and bring this debt down.
and with the attitude that they have now they will keep on losing.

Hold on now, Old fart face Ried and Nasty Haglosi are acting stupid as well.
Obama has a plan and won the election campaigning on that platform. So instead of just blaming Obama, what's new, how about you answer the question?
No, Obama ran on a 1:2.5 ratio of revenues to spending cuts. Now, his ever evolving constantly changing concrete moving picture, says he wants $160 billion a year in new revenue. I'm a little fuzzy on my math but that comes out to $400 billion a year in spending cuts.
Maybe you can help me out.
In my world that comes out to $4 trillion over ten years. Did I miss that in the unlimited-debt-ceiling-controlled-by-the-executive-branch+stimulus+large-tax-increases proposal by the Obama administration?
Maybe you can help me out.
