What are the cuts we are gong to make.

I am fully willing to pay more money and make sacrifices.

As long as the government is willing to make some cuts as well.

I don't see the cuts I want, and programs I don't want cut are cut, why should I let them take my money.

Don't care if 99.5% of the population voted a certain way, the .5% still needs to be represented, it is all of our government.

Not a single compromise yet from the democrats. All they're doing is proposing more spending and haven't come up with one meaningful cut.

There's no leadership coming from the party in power. None whatsoever. Without spending cuts, there should be no tax increases.

Taxes were supposed to be temporary. Let's go back to that.

Didn't the Repubs lose seats in both the House and the Senate this past election? The Democrats control the Senate and have a President. That is 2 to 1.

Excuse me but I haven't heard one single plan from the Republicans. Why don't you fill us in.

Yes! The Democrats have a mandate to run up taxes on the rich, act like unsustainable benefits forever is a sound policy, and stick future generations with the bill. And the young voters preferred Obama by a very wide margin. So screw them! Let the Democrats run up the credit card.

But why not go back to the Clinton tax rates on everyone, since that seems to be some kind of voodoo that will bring back Clinton-era prosperity? And it would keep another $3 trillion off the deficits over ten years? Why limit the Clinton tax rates to just 2% of us?

What is the Republican plan that they presented? I haven't been able to find one, can you?

Let the Dems have what they want.

Tax a little, spend a lot and let the debt accumulate for another year.

I say let them have their wishes.

Why not?

The GOP got their precious tax cuts and middle east wars that made the deficit what it is today.

But only due to gerrymandering as anyone with half a brain knows. Dems actually got more votes in the House and the only reason the dems don't control the house is because Republicans have rigged the game. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it.
