Let's hear them people.
I will start off with Clinton's pay-per-pardon of Marc Rich, billionaire tax evader.

Ford's of Nixon
While I believe Ford did the right thing for the country I think it's a shame Nixon was never held accountable for being the POS he was.

Now, now, now burdell, calm down, we should be thanking nixon for coming up with the ideas of how to spy on one another. Wiretaps are cool man.
Scooter Libby not pardoned by dubya, he was a highly treasonous person. He shoulda been toast.

Yeah, that one is a tough call and I agree with your comments.

Libby got a commutation not a pardon, not sure if that was what you were trying to get at?
The felony conviction got him disbarred.

I was trying to find a list but one I found was a bad link.
I did see Bush pardoned the Fugees singer of his drug trafficking conviction, that one struck me as odd but not terrible.
I'm constantly shocked at all the pardons listed. I can certainly understand some of them but others are baffling.
I think they undermine the legitimacy of law, especially when there are CLEAR conflicts of interest and ethical hazards.

The House trivializing Dennis Kucinich's articles of impeachment against Bush...and of all people, Nancy Pelosi the voice of "reason" in simply saying they were "off the table"...

Jimmy Carter pardoning John Kerry so that he would not be dishonorably discharged.

Found this list on wiki which is pretty good.
List of people pardoned or granted clemency by the President of the United States - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Some of them I understand like Carter letting the puerto rican nationalists that shot up the house of reps out of jail after 18 years in exchange for some captured CIA spies that Cuba was holding.
