I will start off with Clinton's pay-per-pardon of Marc Rich, billionaire tax evader.

While I believe Ford did the right thing for the country I think it's a shame Nixon was never held accountable for being the POS he was.

Libby got a commutation not a pardon, not sure if that was what you were trying to get at?

The felony conviction got him disbarred.

I was trying to find a list but one I found was a bad link.

I did see Bush pardoned the Fugees singer of his drug trafficking conviction, that one struck me as odd but not terrible.

I'm constantly shocked at all the pardons listed. I can certainly understand some of them but others are baffling.

I think they undermine the legitimacy of law, especially when there are CLEAR conflicts of interest and ethical hazards.

Some of them I understand like Carter letting the puerto rican nationalists that shot up the house of reps out of jail after 18 years in exchange for some captured CIA spies that Cuba was holding.
