It took all the way to post 44 to get to what I have been wondering since the OP. WHOM is it that gets to decide, who is qualified to decide if I, or anyone else is "stable"?, and what criteria gives them that particular state of stability to judge someone else's state of stability?.......probably someone who's name starts with a 0.......
