Here's the reality, she ditched the governorship for more lucrative pastures claiming that she could be more "effective" outside of government. Which translated into being apart of a reality show, popping into this political gathering or that, and an occasional appearance on Fox News.
The reality that she faces is how to pimp conservatives. Frankly I think she has taken more lessons from Al Sharpton than any conservative that I can think of.
The reality is he's had a budget. He's given a budget. Congress doesn't want to work on and pass his budget.
That like saying I don't have a car when I give a car to a mechanic shop to fix and spit out a working car.
"HE HASN't HAD A CAR FOR FOUR YEARS!" technically true, patently false.
Last I checked.
Article 1 - The Legislative Branch Section 1 - The Legislature
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
And the last I checked (5 minutes ago) the only thing the President is required to submit to the Congress is the State of the Union.
She was McCain's "eject button" from the 2008 race ... either because his health is marginal, his family collectively decided otherwise, or the GOP foresaw the mess that was coming and didn't want any part of it. No person who wanted to win the White House would have picked her as a running mate.
Sarah Palin actually was the only thing that kept McCain competitive. When Sarah Palin was brought on board, the enthusiasm immediately changed.
Where McCain had struggled to fill an arena, lines outside events featuring Palin seemed miles long.
Polls showed a sustained 6 point bump for the campaign, one that put them ahead of Obama for the first time, right after Sarah was chosen, and gave her speech at the Republican convention.
McCain would maintain this lead until the financial meltdown, and he decided to suspend his campaign (which Palin opposed) to head off to Washington without a real plan of action. It was a fatal mistake and one a smart campaign manager would have advised against, but we’re talking Steve Schmidt here, so smarts don’t enter into the equation.
In Pew’s exit poll in 2008, voters who said Palin was a factor in their vote went for McCain by a 56-43 margin. Sarah Palin energized the Party, and carried Senator McCain farther than he could have possibly gone without her.
Why must Obama have said it in order for it to be his intention?
Fine, words or not, where is any proof that Obama is a communist? He nationalized health insurance (we're the last industrialized nation to do so) and worked for regulations in some industries, and somehow that's proof to a lot of people that he secretly wants the gov't to OWN everything and to eliminate wage pay and distribute everything evenly. That's the absolute worst kind of slippery slope BS I've heard in my entire life.
In order to believe that Obama is a communist, you either have to not know what communism or believe in fallacious (i.e. completely wrong) logic. There is no other way, and it makes me sick that this ignorant drivel is accepted political talk in this country.

If he ever tries to nationalize the oil and gas industry, I'll be sold that he is a communist.
This is not setting well with Obama supporters today after she made the comments on Fox News. A lot of people seem to be agreeing with her though according to comments around the net. I believe the problem is that the press, the media & entertainment, and our schools promote the idea that Socialism is better than Capitalism. America will cease to be a nation of free people if Socialism becomes the way America operates.
QUESTION: Who supports a program that requires the private sector to pay the government to for using the people's land and resources and then takes that money a distributes it to every citizen of the state whether they contribute to the state or not?
