Obama attended Occidental from 1979 to 1981. At best, the only remaining records are his transcripts. All other records were legally disposed decades ago. A transcript is not a legal proof of citizenship. Therefore the request has no legal bearing on this supposed "citizenship" issue.
This is a fishing expedition; A first year legal intern could get this quashed. Taitz continues to milk Birthers for all their cash, and they keep giving it to her out of ignorance and spite.

No, he hasn't spent millions hiding anything. All of these birther claims have been debunked many, many times now. Here:

You know, certainly seems that the "sheep" in this case are those who are blindly following Orly Taitz and all the other birther "leaders" and idiot "lawyers" who are using them for one thing or another.

And as someone else stated, Obama has NOT spent millions "fighting" this stuff......again, so much for what you "think." You need to actually spend some time learning about the Constitution and this particular issue.
