You just showed me that Rush is right when he talks about uninformed Democrat voters. You said Obama would pass that law and according to the Constitution only Congress can pass laws and then Obama is to enforce them. Some of you leaners need to study the words in the Constitution some time.

For someone who studied the Constitution and was a so call expert.....he doesn't understand a goddamn word of it.

I beg to differ! Obama probably knows the Constitution more than any other President in recent history.
He knows what his parameters are regarding the law and what he can or cannot do legally. As for breaking the rules President Obama is not the first one to do that!

Please specify a few of the "rules" that have been broken and give details about how maybe just two or three of the ways that "everything" has been changed.
