Yes. I thought that was fairly obvious.

No. Try again.

I didn't realize the Republicans are somehow now the majority in Congress, cause why else would they be able to tell the Democrats what to do.

Uninformed opinions don't change facts. The house has passed bills that would extend the tax cuts for everyone. It's now just a matter of Obama and the Dems. Will they punish the entire country if they don't get the chance to punish the 2% of highest income earners? They really sound like a bunch of spoiled children threatening to smash mommie's and daddie's things when they throw a tantrum.

There are IIRC 535 seats in the house and senate. Rs have 47 seats in the senate, 234 in the house, for a total of 281. Which is the majority of 535 seats. Not that I'd expect different...Dems typically aren't good at math.

The House can pass a bill right now maintaining tax rates for the 98% and Obama will sign it immediately. Why does the GOP refuse to pass this bill? Is the GOP holding the 98% hostage to protect the 2%?

They do not have control of the Senate, therefore they do not have control of Congress, they only have control of the House....Cons just aren't good with rules are they?

No con said they controlled the Senate. I responded to a previous poster that stated that Republicans did not have a majority. Like I said...Dems typically aren't good with math. Explains some of our deficit issues.
