unless arpaio has had some double top secret digital document forensics expert working on it he won't be able to submit the "documentation" as part of a proper evidentiary presentation.

It's exactly as I pasted it in the op. Here is a link to the actual paperwork that the Judge filed:

McInnish v Chapman - Order Striking Petition for Writ of Mandamus - Alabama Supreme Court - Obama Ballot Challenge - 3/27/2012

“Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”

the state of hawaii has confirmed the authenticity (backed by the "full faith and credit clause" of the US constitution) of both the "short form"(COLB) and "long form"(LFBC) under two state administrations, one republican and one democrat. all of arpaio's claims are based solely on the PDF of the LFBC made available online. it ignores the fact that the physical certified and confirmed LFBC was released at a press conference (handled and photographed) before being scanned and saved as a PDF. for arpaio's clam to be correct would require that the white house had an official certified LFBC ready to scan but....... made an exact duplicate digitally for sh*ts-n-giggles.

certified physical copies of the COLB and LFBC have also been submitted in court in orly taitz's MS birther challenge.

"Famous Judge"

That's a hoot in and of itself.

But Judge Tom Parker seems to think that there are serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates. Why does he think that?

ask him. he's either misinformed or he's giving lip service. as i've pointed out, arpaio's "evidence" doesn't meet the standard to be submitted in court and the judge is constitutionally obligated to accept any certified document from the state of hawaii..

call me silly but i would have expected a trained law enforcement officer to have sought out experts that could actually testify in court.

Often noted as the least productive member of the Alabama Supreme Court, Justice Parker somehow found time on Thursday to attach an unprecedented “unpublished concurrence” to the dismissal ordered by a majority of the Justices. In other words, a citizen wouldn’t know it existed unless they knew to ask for it.

“It’s too bad Justice Parker couldn’t find more time to do a little extra light reading,” said Bradley Davidson, Executive Director of the Alabama Democrats. “Given that this is the fourth time a judge from either party has found these ‘serious concerns’ to be a complete waste of the judicial system’s time.”

But what do we know about Chief Justice Roy Moore? He seems to have issues with Obama.

he appears to be a birther who has written for WND

Birther judge elected Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court

it also appears that the case was filed too late so even with birther-friendly justices this looks to be going nowhere.
