One wonders why those on the right think that Obama -- a man most right-wingers feel is scarcely capable of tying his shoelaces -- would be able to generate enough competency to become a dictator. In addition, how would such an incapable person be able to turn the entire country into a socialist/communist/Islamic republic?
Not only do I think it's absurd that Obama would strive to be a dictator or turn the country into the aforementioned things (I'm sure he doesn't), I also don't think he's capable of it.

Why do you disbelieve the voters don't think for themselves?
After all, Fox news is the most popular on cable, and right wing talk dominates half of the radio. Newspapers and news magazines are split right and left, and the internet news is equally split. If there is some mysterious left wing media dominance, I can't see it.
News reportage is just that. People trust who they will when it comes to the media, and it was most evident that most pundits got it right as the election neared. Why did they get it right? Because they were more neutral than you are. And being accurate is what pays the bills in the long run for them all.
Choose to believe what you want, but blaming it all on the media has always been a weak excuse, and it's pitifully weak now. All it does is make you sound like a childish whiner who won't accept anything that you don't want to hear.
