Bill Clinton = inherited a huge mess left by the failed trickle-down economic policies of Reagan/Bush Sr., and turned the Reagan/Bush deficits and GOP-caused economic recession into a surplus and the most prosperous decade of 20th century America.

Barack Obama = inherited the worst foreign and domestic policy mess since FDR took over the reigns from Herbert Hoover. Saved the American auto industry, enacted healthcare reform, ended the Iraq war, repealed Don't Ask Don't Tell, killed Bin Laden and wiped out most of Al-Qaeda's top leadership. Created more private sector jobs in 2 years than George W. Bush in 8 years. Was the first president since FDR to win 2 terms with over 50% of the vote.

Two great presidents.

This is a hard one.

I have been there before, so I would vote for no one to be added to it. It is a work of art in itself and doesn't need to have any more faces added to it.

None of them, and certainly not Saint Ronnie.

Leave Mount Rushmore alone! And if the RWNJs want to immortalize Ronald Reagan, let them pursue a free-market solution: buy a mountain and pay to have it carved out. A couple billion should do it.

IF you choose Clinton, can you put the entire Republican Congress especially Newt front and center?

Obama to show "what not to do as a President". Easily tied with Carter as the WORST President in history. A Constitutional failure of epic proportions.

I don't want a sexual predator or an America-hating marxist contaminating my national monuments.

Hmmm. Clinton inherited record low oil prices thanks to Papa Bush as well as being in the right place and the right time to cash in on the internet bubble which only rapidly began to deflate his last year in office. As well as gas prices starting to rise. And being somewhat nefarious.
Obama.... followed Bush's policies to the letter and helped sustain an economiuc downturn as well as being probably the least transparent POTUS as well as being the biggest liar and fraud EVER. And he answered to the Clintons for every major decision. Who in turn had to answer to their masters. same as Bush 43.
That is a tough choice.
I wouldn't have their image deface a mountain... But.... maybe carve them into a deep quarry to represent the depths to which America has sunk. I'd have Bush 43 down there with them, and Nixon and Carter.

Neither.

Mt Rushmore, isn't a wall of great presidents that was designed to be periodically updated.

NONE!!! Leave Mt Rushmore and the surrounding hills alone. We can't change whats already been done, but we can prevent any further barbaric defacement of the enviroment.
