The kids were under strict guidance by teachers and officials. They was NOT a single child running around by themselves near any reporter. Period. Stop trying....you have lost.

Anti-gun people can make a mountain out of a molehill............
Do you feel that discussing gun control in light of the death of 20 children is 'making a mountain out of a molehill"?

If we, as a country, are not doing some introspection right now on all kinds of things ~ there is no hope for us.

Well, did YOU see any parent being asked if it was OK to talk to a kid?

The gun was not the issue it's what the killer used........wonder how medicated he has been???

It's just any time someone is killed with a gun, people like you address the gun and not how the person had been acting weeks or days before.

The time has come in our liberal, permissive, let it all hang out society to Arm All School Teachers just as we do our police forces.

Criminals, sex perverts, illegal aliens and terrorists worldwide LOVE the new Pop Culture Liberal America.

I agree that the killer's past behavior, warning signs, etc should be part of our national discussion and apologize if I took your remarks out of context.

However, I would hope that you would agree that gun control should be part of our national discussion and reflection.

It is a big deal, but it's not a GUN PROBLEM!!!! It's kids being over medicated and something has been said the mom was not there for him and divorce.....so is this a gun problem or parenting problem????

The gun is being made into a mountain that needs to be removed........this is just ridiculous thinking.

You are seriously embarrassing yourself. So now you are trying to say reporters questioned children and their parents were in a trance and had no idea it was happening.

Thanks, I didn't mean for it to be taken as not caring for the people or victim....

How do we control people who use guns inappropriately? The answer can't be to control all gun owners. Kind of hard to discuss when one side wants them and the other wants them removed completely. Then we have our government passing them out like candy..........

We have a huge parenting gap, parents just walk away from their children and than society's to blame when it all goes wrong. Parents need to be held more accountable for taking care and raising their own.

The gun is the weapon that killed how many children yesterday? NO, completely removing the gun from any discussion whatsoever ~ is ridiculous thinking.
