So ban the guns.

What about the people that want more mental health clinics ?
They think this happened because he had a mental health issue and couldn't get it treated.

What about the shoot'em up games ?
There are people that think this happened because kids play those violent video games.

People are coming out with their personal reasons WHY he did what he did and they are also voicing their solutions to "the problem".

The only problem here is that no one knows what "the problem" is that we're solving.

Banning guns gets rid of the what and how.
But you are still left with the why.

As I mentioned in a previous post while it's not impossible, because of the scrutiny of air travelers planes are unlikely to be used in the next attack. Even a nitwit is going to realize the risk of being caught is great. It will be some other soft target; school(s), mall(s), subway(s) etc.

I can't stand Diane Feinstein but I totally agree with her about this one. I'm a pro gun person but the automatic weapons have NO place in the public and shame on the NRA and people who want them.

Leaners keep telling me that having a weapon in my house is not going to protect me if someone wants to steal it when I am not at home. I will not keep my gun meant to be protection for my wife and I in a locked cabinet.
Roy, I wrote a post way up thread before you jumped in saying that perhaps if they were super expensive, his mother may not have been able to buy them either.

I realize he stole the guns, please try and keep up.

Does that apply to nuclear proliferation laws too?

Naw...the "assault weapons" scare the hell out of them. NYC didn't have any.

Move it to the Midwest and try it........I didn't think so!

Do you know the difference between automatic and semi-automatic weapons? It really doesn't sound like you do. Automatic weapons have been outlawed since I was a small child and I will be 80 tomorrow. When some gangbanger opens up with an Uzi automatic he is in violation of present law.
