If you read her bill, it's not just to ban assault weapons. 'Grandfathered' weapons [including certain hand guns] will require fingerprints, background checks and federal registration.

Default What Feinstein really means with her proposed law.

So many people will side with Feinstein's newly proposed law thinking that she doesn't really want to ban guns. I think that here we can hear that she wanted a total ban back in the 1990s and surely still does want just that.

thats ok roy, feinstein gets her wish to ban all of them outright, she will also get what she doesnt want the day after, a war.

She looks old and ill. She'll probably die and they'll work to pass it in her honour and call it the 'Feinstein law'

Well that would save us the cost of a trial...

Once her bill hits the floor she will be arrested as a traitor... That's the LAW.

if she is dead first and some other fool submits the same bill that person will be arrested and tried as a traitor.

If whom ever is convicted they die. Death is the penalty for a capitol offence. It's just the LAW.

If a ban should pass, that means the CONS is no more, and that means 'We the people' have the Right and the Duty to take the govt out of the hands of whom ever passes these traitorous illegal laws.

Further more there is no one to enforce any such law..

Anyone who might, has already sworn a Oath to defend the CONS from enemies both foreign and domestic.

I don't see any war...... We gun owners are millions strong....... We don't need guns to take back the govt either. We just walk up the steps and take it back and it's about that simple.

There simply is no one who can enforce such a foolish law.

And LAWS, us yanks can thank your King George Rex directly for that.

These are some of the charges.... To be honest it's hard to say this is ALL true of Obama, but the reality is they are speaking of george rex

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

That is just some of the charges......
