Here comes the legislation. Do you agree or disagree?

"It will ban the sale, the transfer, the importation and the possession, not retroactively, but prospectively," and ban the sale of clips of more than ten bullets, Feinstein said. "The purpose of this bill is to get... weapons of war off the streets."
I almost find this laughable. I have heard she herself owns some of these weapons..
And I find that laughable.
Good for her. Even if it doesn't pass, it's good to have the discussion. Hopefully gun lobbyists aren't against simply having a discussion about it.

Congress responds to it's constituents. If the budget is your number one priority, call or email your representative. Most of the rest of the country is more concerned with gun violence right now, I believe.
The rest of Congress is probably cursing themselves out for letting her get there first.
9 bazillion amendments as each one trips over the other to get their version somehow merged into hers.
I'm for it if everyone who votes for it can guarantee, under financial and criminal penalty, that each and every one of these weapons will be off the streets and no one would ever be shot by one again.
Since it's not retroactive what this bill will do is greatly increase the value of my collection. The ban in the 90's did nothing to eliminate the availability of these weapons since there is so many of them out there, it only increased the asking price.
