We have gun control. I don't understand why people are screaming for gun control when we already have it.

The problem lies solely in society and how far our pendulum has swung to "everything and everyone" can be dealt with using the same methods of teaching. Everyone is normal even if their behavior is so far from normal that a five year old can see it. Bullies need a good talking to, etc.
Here is where we create our problems.

It doesn't matter what Reagan did. It's the myth of Reagan that matters to them.

Yes, but it's just hard for many people to accept that at one point in history Ronald Reagan was enacting gun control statutes while the Black Panthers were at the forefront of arguing the Second Amendment in favor of the right to bear arms...
