you are forgetting the fact that Congress is the board of directors.
How do like this, the review board finds systemic lack of leadership, ineptitude, incompetence, ignorance, and it seems that... well.... no one is to blame.

When our state department is concerned, we reelect the CEO (Obama) and the COO (Hillary) is being encouraged to run for president in 2016.
The report blames inadequate security at the mission on “systemic failures and leadership and management deficiencies at senior levels” of State Department headquarters, where officials turned down repeated requests from diplomats on the ground for more security, both at the embassy in Tripoli and in Benghazi.

Like so many people on City-Data, he's a partisan liberal Democrat, and nothing Obama or his administration does will ever bother him.
