Would it make more sense to request the gun owners to bring in the guns? That's what they did in UK and Australia.

What if they were ordered by Obama to do it or be charged with treason?

We are a long way from that happening. It's a big deal when law enforcement kicks down the door of just one house let alone millions of residences and businesses. How would we pay for such a nefarious plan?

Then i'd tell you(remember i'm not a professional psychiatrist, only a concerned friend) to get back on the anti-psychotics or stock up on more tin foil. The choice i'll leave to you.

"ordered by Obama". Is he the new Hitler? Is this some kind of dictatorship? Last I heard we have this things called checks and balances.

Are you familiar with that?

By the way, even if you are an Obama supporter I would hope you would know better than to tolerate something like that and by that I mean the ordering of something without going through the proper channels. Or do you think the Constitution doesn't matter anymore?

The same way Obama has paid for all his other pork programs...print money.

They're not respecting the 4th amendment because of some nuts owning small arms. Everything in the system is set up to obey the Constitution - Obama doesn't have authority to make them confiscate. Certainly Congress wouldn't do that, it would be political suicide, and the Supremes wouldn't allow any such laws. They've already ruled that there IS a right to have guns, even though it can be regulated.

Let's say that I have an AK 47 and it becomes illegal (as it should). If the police were to break the law and enter into my apartment without a search warrant signed by a judge for probable cause, I would have the basis for a massive lawsuit. The local city council would see their budget reduced in order to pay it off. Multiply that by dozens or hundreds of cases ...... nobody would want to see all their local or county budgets ruined and going bankrupt.

My brother and sister inlaw live in a very afluential area, they live next door to the neighbors from hell. The whacko who just did the most unspeakable, they live next door to a guy exactly like this. Seriously, he is violent, makes threats, breaks windows on neighbors garages, people open up a garage door, there he is standing

He gave some new neighbor a wlecoming gift, bullets wrapped up in a box. He is nuts, people living next door to him, cannot sleep, he yells and screams all night, breaks things, throws things. Slashes his parents tires on their cars. They are living a nitemare.

Good thing maybe or maybe not, who knows anymore.

Long story short, he will not commit himself to any kind of help, no facility will accept him without his signed consent, parents have been trying to get him help for some time now. Something terrible is going to happen.

Not only guns, but the medical field is going to have to be looked at, with out getting signed consents, they will not accept a patient. Someone sick as this sicko, does not think he is the one with the problem, but everyone else. That is going to have to be changed, sorry to say, or i see more instances as this one happeing.

Police take in to jail, then he is released, he does not need jail, he needs medical treatment and definitely help.
He DOES need jail. Jail is for people who do violent things, even if they're mentally ill, and prisoners actually can have better access to psych care than outside.

Press charges for everything he does to break the law, even if minor. Eventually he will either be committed or imprisoned for a longer time.
