Repubs cancelled the vote for Plan B when it became obvious it did not have the votes to pass. I don't know if this is good news or bad, but is this the end of Boehner?

...and does this mean the fiscal cliff is unavoidable. I thought they would work this out, but if not I need to do some financial rearranging in a hurry.

You do realize that Plan B was a republican plan that would increase taxes on every one except those making between 200k and 1million.

I wonder if that is why it failed. The idea that they would let the economy go back into recession with millions potentially losing jobs to spare 400,000 millionaires a modest tax increase is almost unconscionable.
