Why do you have the difference between a sizable portion of the black population legally owning registered firearms and having almost 0 membership in the NRA?
I ask this question of blacks and other minorities since the NRA is lily white. 44 percent of whites own guns nationwide, 27 black, 27 other minorities.
There is not requirement for anyone to join the NRA. The function of the NRA is to protect everyone's 2nd amendment rights.

How is he limiting it? How is having voting laws not a limit to the right to vote? What about certain laws around free speech? Are those not a limitation?
Putting in checks and balances on who can and cannot have a firearm is not a limitation. It's setting a guideline. You can own a firearm as long as you are not (Crazy, a criminal, under age etc.)
Why not just let anyone vote and anyone have a gun? Sounds like a nice, non limited solution to me right?

100% of Blacks, whites, browns, yellows and oranges should own guns, felon or not.
