Cops say that 4 people are dead. When police finally came out from town, three of them were injured, one in a car crash, one by debris, and one who was shot in his bulletproof vest according to authorities.

If this whacko had been in an area where ordinary people are allowed to carry concealed weapons, he'd probably know that many people don't bother carrying anyway... but that a few probably would. Would the whacko have been as willing go go around shooting people in that situation?

4 dead in Blair Co. shooting; 3 troopers injured

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. — The Blair County district attorney said that four people, including the alleged gunman, are dead after a series of shootings along a rural road on Friday.

The district attorney said the victims are one woman and three men, including the gunman.

Three Pennsylvania state troopers were injured. One was shot in the chest and had a bulletproof vest on; one was injured in a crash; and one was injured by flying debris. All three troopers are expected to be OK.

The scene covers several miles and happened on Juniata Valley Road just outside Geeseytown.

Courtney Brennan of WPXI-TV in Pittsburgh reported that the suspected gunman was “mobile” at one point and went up and down a rural road and shot victims.
If 3 troopers couldn't stop the killer --- how would your average armed citizen have accomplished that?

Our absurdly high rate of killings like this is part of what makes America great.

We can't impose any restrictions, because anything you "ban" is not 100% effective. People will always do bad things; therefore, let's just take our reductionist logic to its conclusion and repeal all laws since they will always be broken, and live in all-out anarchy.

Sincerely,
Americas Conservatives

Then tell the police when you call them about your anti gun policy. No guns.

What do you mean? I'm agreeing with you. I think that we should have unrestrained access to guns for everyone and anyone! People are going to hurt each other anyway, so let's just arm everyone, get rid of all laws (which don't work anyway), and just settle our differences in the streets unrestrained. Whatever happens, happens. That's freedom. Surely you agree.

Let's get honest about what's really going on here: the NRA will not be happy unless they start an arms race between all citizens right in our own schools, movie theaters, country roads and malls. Who benefits from an arms race? ARMS DEALERS.

That's the exact opposite of their belief. Their belief is the average person may be as capable of rational action as law enforcement. In other words its a classless position.
