Should other countries make it easier for Americans who complain a lot immigrate to their country?

If your internet history shows you have been a negative nancy and complain a lot about the US, should other countries step in and say "hey come with us." That way they are happy, and we don't have to listen to them complain? This isn't a violation of freedom of speech, because we are giving you a choice not kicking you out. and we are only looking out for your own good since you are so unhappy here.

I just noticed I'm complaining about people who complain

People wont do it until they are starving or have a group of other people at their doors with pitchforks. By then its usually too late.

Why ? You don't like disagreements in politics ? Do you prefer a dictatorship and communism instead ?
There are countries YOU can move to if you do not like how democracy works.

Why would Americans have any say about other countries' immigration policies?
