Yeah but all that stuff is great to throw into a bin with the rest of the junk mail to use as firestarter during the winter.

Hogwash. Bush lost the independent vote in 1992, as America, as it always does, chose the more moderate man for the job. Had Bill Clinton run a Jerry Brown, radical left style campaign, Bush would have won.

Now the GOP has tilted so far to the right, it cannot see the center.

what a load of bull hockey. george the 1st was for gun control when he was a politician in texas. he only joined the NRA when it was suggested to him by reagan, which was a couple of years befoe his term as potus. he quit because the NRA called the BATF jackbooted stormtroopers, and compared them to the gestapo. guess what, george the 1st is a jerk, never was a gun supporter, and the batf is the jack booted thugs of the gestapo.

That's a pretty daming statement by LaPierre and they made him head of their organization, speaks loudly for their philosophy and their paranoid, survivalist core. The ATF is the enemy, not Timothy McVeigh.

So far you think both Obama and GHW Bush are concentrated evil. I'm betting that as long as someone is American, you're going to think they're evil. I have family living in your beautiful country, and fortunately, from visiting over and over during the last 30 years, I know enough about their wonderful friends and neighbors to understand that you speak completely for yourself. You're living proof that every single country has nut jobs.
