Need has nothing to do with the debate. why do you need golf clubs? You don't.
But it's not a valid government function to tell us what we need.
These people keep talking about 10 round mags as plenty big and I find that my new 9mm fits my hand so well with the 14 round mag that less than that may affect how well it fits so I don't need anything any smaller.
The courts have ruled over and over again that POLICE HAVE NO DUTY TO PROTECT ANY INDIVIDUAL!!!
I put that in capital letters just make sure I get my point across. Your government and your PD have absolutely no duty to protect you. They do have a duty, which is unchecked, to protect the society as a whole but not any individual.
That may be much of the reason we need to protect ourselves. I wonder . . . . . .

Interesting you call yourself an ex-marine several who I know that were in the marines would tell me there is no such a thing as an ex-marine your either a marine or your not. Just like there is no such thing as a "retired marine" You only stop being a marine when your dead, so please spare me the faux patriotism, and the sillines of you trying to prove how much of a bada@@ dirty harry you are. And by the way just so you know just because you were a marine does not mean you were any good at it. You realize the military has it's share of lazy people to right ?
