Well I guess the Idaho GOP can breath a sigh of relief that Senator Crapo wasn't arrested for tapping his feet and possibly trying to solicite homosexual sex in an Airport restroom! Now that would have beenreally bad.

Drinking alcohol and lying about it isn't "a mistake". I have no issue with him drinking, or even a Mormon that has a drink. I do have issues with him lying to his constituents about it. No different than the vast majority of politicians, be we can do better.

How about we talk current events.
You know, something that happened since you were born.

Where's this personal responsibility that you cons brag about?
Oh dear, it's gone by the wayside.
Blame away since that's all you've got.

But being outed as gay? That's a totally different matter. That's why Craig stayed locked in the closet during his 20+ years in Congress and got himself an officially female wife as a cover.
this is because, the governor can alter his lexis legal data to reflect whatever he wants.

A different set of laws exist for non~ public officials who feed at the public trough.

My understanding is that Crapo is supposedly a devout Mormon who figured, for whatever reason, he could get away with something without getting caught. My guess is that his indescretion will hurt him, at least among Mormon voters.
