Since you hate liberalism and "socialism" and are so sure it doesn't work.........Name even one successful, small government, conservative country? I have been asking that question on city data for over two years and yet no one can come up with an answer. How odd is that?

Most Red States Take More Money From Washington Than They Put In | Mother Jones

But not because they're moochers. It's because the Federal Government spends money there (on stuff like national parks, military bases, department of energy, etc.) and the fact that rich people (our primary taxpayers) live in big, blue cities. And Nebraska pays more than they get back.

NO ONE is "flocking" to North Dakota! Getting stuck having to work in an oil field in the middle of nowhere, with the worst weather in the country not even near where anyone in their right mind would live if they didn't have to and even the sun doesn't dare to shine ....isn't exactly an exodus INTO North Dakota. People aren't stuck working in the oil field - they voluntarily choose to do so - often because the job pays well.
