Perhaps a better point to de-mystify the op's query (based in same-sexer hate) to give it an air of a less-hostile sentiment (like lib-'progs' do):
Should people with ANY communicable disease be required to register, sort of like how Vienese or Dutch prostitutes must be registered as sex-workers and medically checked every few months, as gun-owners must register and pass background checks, etc.
I would say no, based solely on the laws (and ethics) regarding privacy of medical records. I have heard stories of people being charged with attempted murder, or something along those lines, for knowingly transmitting a disease to other people... so maybe enforcing laws like that would be good enough? But I don't even know about that, since at least when it comes to sexually-transmitted diseases, I think it's really on both parties to protect themselves.

See, now that's actually a new and interesting question. My first thought is that it's related to how sexual education and "reproductive resources" are handled in developed countries... they are primarily aimed at heterosexuals, addressing mostly their issues, and thus increasing their/our chances of knowing how to ward off STDs. Until very recent years, the homosexual side of things was largely ignored, even shunned in many cases. A typical response, particularly from a teacher in places like the Bible Belt, would likely be something like: "What about homosexual sex? Well, that's a sin!! So you shouldn't be doing that in the first place." And then they ask why these folks don't know all the facts.
In undeveloped countries, on the other hand, apparently nobody is getting the proper education/resources - hence the higher rates among heterosexuals, since they make up more of the overall (uneducated) population. Seems logical, right?

I have to say you are doing a good job of promoting the site!!! How many times have you named it? In spite of having gay friends for decades, I never had a need to "research" gay (or pornographic) websites. Do you do that out of curiosity or are you a self-appointed internet police officer? I can think of other "causes" you can dedicate your time and contempt towards where it could be useful.
You need to come to terms with the fact that things change over time (in America). Gay people can legally adopt children, they can legally get married, they can enjoy the same lifestyle as YOU, if not a better one; are the least likely to commit a crime.
It must be painful for you and others who share your views to go through each day with such contempt for people who do you no harm and just want to be left alone to live their lives.
A better question might be, is it MORE prevalent now than it was 20+ years ago, before we bothered educating people on the matter? The answer to that would be no, at least not here in the US. If you're asking why does it exist at ALL, the answer is that not everyone listens... otherwise we'd also be free of unwanted pregnancies, herpes, chlamydia, etc. Another answer is that some regions still fight comprehensive sex education, and then wonder why their kids are getting knocked up (and/or infected) left & right. Ignorance abounds.

Correct, today the ratio is 75% of the people worldwide infected with HIV are heterosexuals, not homosexuals. Also is that the disease started with heterosexuals. It is a human disease, not a gay disease and anyone can get the disease if they practice unsafe sex or do intravenous drugs. As long as heterosexuals have this notion that they cannot contract HIV because they believe only gay men get it, then they are going to see their numbers of infected individuals rise.
1) Gay men represent 1% of the population in America.
2) 62% of the people who contract HIV each year in America are Gay men
3) That would be at least 31,000 gay men, out of over 50,000 new known HIV in America each year.
It is a scientific fact that the male gay act is how aids has become what it is. Bi guys infect the women but the exposure is not nearly as successful as in the infamous gay act. Science knows with evidence aids is fueled and what it is, due to the male-male gay act.
4) Prof stats have estimated against data, that 1 in every 16 Black males alive today, will contract HIV before life end.
62% of all new, known HIV is attributed to gay men, yet they only represent "1% of the population".
The aggression and success of the aids virus is medically & scientifically attributed to the male gay act. A virus is an army and the battling ground against the human race is known to be, the gay male encounter.
Condoms will not work relative to the intensity of this virus, science also knows this.... The estimations for countries in Africa over the next 30-40 years are clear. ( I'm not doing what should be others research.

1) I know because a picture, of approximately a 10 yr old girl in bed with two lesbians barely or what would be assumed by the photo completely undressed in bed...all in a gleeful dispositions was entered in a quote replying to an entry of mine on Christmas evening I believe. The poster also went over to the religion forum and posted it again.
2) As anyone can imagine I could only understand the meaning as , to suggest lesbians are good parents after researching the pic.
3) I searched the pic in an images search and discovered others and the one here mentioned connected to gay sites , one called...and I will abbreviate.. "F yea homosexual parents.. or gay parents
