USDA loan to help in museum construction in north central Iowa

The U.S. Agriculture Department said on Tuesday it will give a $300,000 grant to the Algona Municipal Utilities to help finance the construction of the Kossuth County Agricultural Motorsports Museum in north-central Iowa.
