Something isn't right here. No dentist would pull healthy teeth for no reason, unless they went bonkers or wanted to end up in jail. Either way that would end their career by the end of the week when their license is pulled as well. I've been to the dentists when I was in college, and I have seen people would be holding their teeth in so cleanings wouldn't knock it out because dentists resisted extraction as a last resort. Same with my work with the indigent.
Any trained dentists can spot a good or bad tooth in an instant.
I think we should wait for more information, but it sounds like there was no cause to do it from preliminary info.

all his teeth tho? they cant be all rotten plus others said he extracted more teeth from them too
How many teeth did he start out with? An autistic guy goes with instructions from his mother but not the mother herself. You don't just go in and instruct a dentist you've not been under treatment with to pull 3 of your teeth because they hurt. There is way more to this than I've seen reported.
