There is no way on this earth that hand guns could be confiscated,zero chance.I have a 38 taurus now for over 20 years brand new,never been fired.How on earth could it be found.Probably many people like me.

Really ? Ms. Feinstein wants Full Background Checks, Positive Identification, including photographs and fingerprints to purchase something the Constitution says you have a right to own. However you can't force anyone to provide any I.D. to vote, so now I get it, that's how the Liberals do it.
I suppose though, if you are a minority, old or disabled, you don't have to follow any of those guidelines to purchase a gun. That would present a hardship.
