Oh please...... It's whole intent is to create a belittling characterization of Obama based on racial stereotypes. As the saying goes, don't pee on my leg and call it rain. Still he has a right to do it, regardless of his own personal worthiness or lack there of. I also have the right to find it offensive and say so.
Being a vet doesn't give you a free pass on being a racist, but it doesn't surprise me this is in Kentucky, but freedom of speech so racist it up Vietnam Vet.

Let's see, please DO tell us how in the face of the combined land mass/populations of the USSR and China that it was the NVA that posed a threat justifying invasion?
It was the idiocy in Washington DC and the Pentagon that posed a far greater threat to America at the time than the NVA could have ever dreamed of posing.
To YOU - there is nothing offensive about the display. Who are you to say what others should or should not find offensive?
No wonder my son refuses to even consider looking at any colleges in Kentucky - this is the impression he has of their state. Right or wrong ~ they seem a bit backward.
One of daughters went to the University of Kentucky and loved it. It was a great school and she never encountered stuff like this. It's not Kentucky that is bad, just some of their idiot citizens. Sadly, no state is immune from idiots or news venues that will give them a platform.
In your tiny world that has little understanding of what racist means. Why is he eating a watermelon, why not an ice cream cone or a hot dog, there must be something significant about the watermelon. Why don't you think really hard about it and give me your point of view on what the watermelon means, I would love to hear it.
