Mr Buffet,

Where was this pearl of wisdom before Barry got re-elected. 6 Trill in 4 years is a barn burner by itself.

How about this one Mr Buffet, don't spend more money than you bring in. Don't make fiscal promises you can't keep. And don't use fiscal actuaries that are not based on "real" day to day information.

If SSI actuaries were based on real average life expectancy forecasts by generation we would not be here in this mess today.

Another pearl of wisdom, Kill the Lawyers and elect real people. Not these Ivy Leaguers or Ivy League wannabes.

If our country was run by the same people who train Grocery Store Managers, we would be prosperous forever.

GSM, manage teams based on performance, run their business based on budget forecasts, keep the isles clean, shelves stocked and produce fresh. If you have to wait on something, it will be worth the wait.

Our govt. leaders, don't budget, don't manage on performance, don't care if things are clean and working, never update and always provide a frustrating experience. Because we elect lawyers who love to double talk and only care about themselves.

Throw the bums out, put real people in charge and watch what happens.

Yours Truly,

That is an absolutely brilliant suggestion. I salute you, sir.

Are you retired or working?

VAT only works if you kill income tax, SUTA & FUTA.

Spending is the problem, 68% of every dollar we send to Washington is spent under prior entitlements. They fight over the rest for their day to day operations and pet projects.

Audit, End long term commitments, and spend within our means.

You can't have 306M people and only take money from less than half.

If you truly believe in the "it takes a village philosophy" then the whole damn village should contribute.

Even if it is just $50 a month. 50 x 306 M = 15.3 B a month. We currently burn that in a few days. How can you sit there and say we don't have a spending problem?

The Federal Govt. is one of the top 10 employers in the U.S.. All with unfunded pensions.

The only solution is to immediately cancel all unconstitutional federal spending. No federal programs....PERIOD. Next is to eliminate all tax credits and deductions that favor one activity over another.
Everyone should be required to pay their full tax liability to live in this country. All federal land should be sold to the highest bidder to pay off the national debt. People that cannot afford to live in civilized towns would be pushed to uninhabited areas to start a commune or become indentured servants.

The federal government is returned to its original purpose which is to provide a common defense of the states from foreign threats. States would handle its own social problems and people would move to where they can afford to live.

Happy New Year!!
