Be honest....

Would you vote for a practicing Muslim to become president?

Yes. A practicing Muslim is just as deluded as a practicing Christian, seeing that there is no such thing as God. So what's the difference?

Would I potentially? Yes.

But the deciding factor would be the candidate and their political beliefs/policies/convictions, etc.

I really couldn't give a flying crap about what religion (or lack thereof) any political candidate is as long as that person is able to run the country efficiently and effectively and is able to separate their religious sentiments and their political sentiments.

I really can't see any reason why any rational person wouldn't vote for a particular candidate solely because of their own personal religious beliefs.

It's not hard, both believe in fictional things.

And I would have no problem with having someone that is of Muslim religion as president as long as their economic and social views are similar to mine, then they would have my vote.

Yes I do compare the two. In fact if you just look at the US (Christian) versus Muslim countries.

We kill and murder innocent Muslims on a weekly basis.

That's just an absolute fact.

Here are 168 dead children we killed.

They worship the same non-existent deity.

Have you read any of the Qu'ran? The similarities between it and the Bible are stunning.

Well, if one is elected, in some ways there will be much "Leaning Forward" towards conservatism.

BBC - Religions - Islam: Sharia

Adultery

In the west, adultery has become so commonplace because of sexual freedoms - all the emphasis these days seems to be on finding sexual satisfaction; in Muslim societies, there is far less emphasis on sex - it is usually regarded as a weakness that can lead to all sorts of trouble. Family is far more important; the notion of a million unborn children per year being aborted, and single mothers, is abhorrent in Islam.

Islam is a stone-age religion.

Think Taliban, Osama, acid in schoolgirls faces, legalised rape - NO THANKS
