Lindsey Graham, who is not gay, has noticed something about the Senate: it's
dysfunctional. Who knew?
According to Graham, who is not gay, "The Senate doesn’t function anymore; [it's] just a place where ideas go and die...It’s embarrassing to me to be in the most deliberative body in the world and not be able to have a debate about how the fiscal cliff drama should end.”
While Graham, who is not gay, didn't explicitly commit himself to doing anything about the problem, this statement presumably signals his intention to vote in favor of filibuster rules changes in a few days when the new Senate, which is not gay, convenes.
