That's the exact same kind of irrational thought that leads people to believe crap like the Clinton "surplus" or that Obama believes in cutting the debt.

Seriously, can we rise above a GED, community college level economics and discuss things rationally?

If GWB's spending was reckless then what do you call Obama spending MORE than Bush did? How is that not reckless?

You should really tell Newt Gingrich to stop claiming a surplus that never happened then, and you should tell all republicans to stop running on cuts Obama never tried to make.

Is that how you answer a question you don't understand? We're not talking about Newt and we're certainly not talking about Obama cuts since he hasn't cut anything.

You asked if we could rise above the CC and GED level economics, to do that, you need to realize that You are wrong, or atleast realize that the Republicans are lying along with the democrats( by your own logic).

pick which one .

Fair point. We need to what is right; subjective, I know. There has to be compromise at some point. Cuts and taxes. Not too much of each because that could cause too much short-term trouble, but a good balance. I'm no economist, so I'm just talking on what I think.

Well that's easy, I know for a fact that Reps. are liars just like Democrats and in this fiscal cliff situation neither party is 100% to blame.

Now on that same token, you need to realize/admit that you're either wrong OR at least admit that Obama has done nothing meaningful to bring down our national debt aside from PR lies which his supporters eat up.

Pick one.
