Now ..........I know everyone is mad at congress for not jumping on the Sandy Relief Bill...... and rightfully so. But if Bush or any GOP Prez were in office, what do think the reaction would be from the media with these optics??

Please lefties.....be honest.

If you can.........

This is all you can whine about ... today? Obviously, you don't have access to the "media." For if you did you'd understand how off the wall your comments seem to be.

Let's see Sandy makes land fall on Oct.29th. On October 31st Obama is on the ground with FEMA Craig Fugate who I doubt knows much about Arabian horses but who has spent his entire working life as a first responder and emergency management specialist director. Obama meets with Gov. Christie who sings high praise for Obama and FEMA. He also meets with residents and tells Fugate, who having headed Floridas EM agency pretty much knows the drill, to "get these folks what they need."

On the other hand Katrina made landfall on August 29th, and the levees begin to fail, Chertoff. the then head of Homeland Security doesn't find out until the next day. On the 31st Bush does a fly over of New Orleans. On Sept. 2nd, White House staff put together a video compilation of news reports because they think that Bush needs to be made aware how bad things are.

(For the complete Bush time line KATRINA TIMELINE | ThinkProgress)

Now the complaint seems to be that some how Obama is as bad as Bush was during Sandy, his sin, going on vacation in Hawaii while the House blows off taking a vote on aid to Sandy affected states, as if Obama is the dictator that Republican claim and can walk into the House of Representatives and demand that they not only take a vote but vote to appropriate the needed relief funds for New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Connecticut.

By the way, were are the 10's of thousands people huddled in Madison Square Garden waiting for the ambulances that did not exist like Old "Good Job" Brownie did during Katrina?

You people are fracking unbelievable.

You didnt answer the question.........if Bush or any Republican prez did this........."What would the media reaction be?? The job is UNFINISHED!! Yet he's leaving!! He cant put pressure on Congress??? He worked overtime to get re-elected!! He criss crossed the nation with little sleep, for his OWN sake!! He worked overtime to get his Obamacare passed!! He certainly put the screws down for that one!!!

You think his photo op after Sandy would be enough for a GOP President ????
