Georgia, Iowa, New Hampshire, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin

Why is Hobby Lobby complying in these states but fighting the ACA?

Very good question!

You are kidding around, aren't you ?

If you were date raped and needed that morning after pill for peace of mind, you wouldn't consider denial of access as "kidding around!"

Exactly! I don't know why HL thinks it can dictate laws to its employees!

Hobby Lobby is objecting to the portions of Obamacare that deal with Plan B and Ella.

The FDA-approved government birth control guide clearly states that these two drugs, the morning-after pill and the week-after pill, may prevent fertilized eggs from implanting in the womb, thus aborting the fertilized egg.

Please read this open letter from David Green, Hobby Lobby's founder and CEO, which you are unlikely to see printed in mainstream news sources:

"Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy. Our government threatens to fine a company that’s raised wages four years running. Our government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs. It’s not right. I know people will say we ought to follow the rules; that it’s the same for everybody. But that’s not true. The government has exempted thousands of companies from this mandate, for reasons of convenience or cost. But it won’t exempt them for reasons of religious belief."
So let him pay the fines. $1.3 million a day is chump change to a big company like that. They probably make that much in 15 minutes.

What laws is HL dictating to its employees?

Exactly! They make it by taking advantage of the slave labor in China, a country with mandated abortions.

I hope Obama makes an example of these religious fanatics and puts their sorry asses out of business. Now they are comparing this to the Holocaust? How nice of them!
