Sovereign citizen movement - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Expect this movement to grow like a weed.

Government is getting more and more powerful.

How'd that work out in North Korea, China, Russia, Cuba and Cambodia?

Yes, government is expanding but this dude is a nutcase. Shame he did this before his children, they should have been removed from the court.

It has long been known that to be a sovereign individual you must at least be uncircumcised.

Everybody knows that!

Where was his proof?

I always carry my foreskin in my wallet as proof of registration.

What makes state citizens so special that they are like kings above the law?

Let's take this out of the usual anti-government nut realm. Or, to put it another way, let's assume what these guys assume: that the only obligations anyone has are obligations they have freely agreed to.

In this case, the guy freely agreed to all the contractual obligations of the mortgage, including its enforcement mechanism. Now he's just trying to avoid the consequences of his failure to carry out his obligations.
