I have learned to ignore the nutty reponses of some of the posters here.... It makes life simple... I do miss the comedy of it sometimes though...

Yep. GoogleEarth the street. Nice homes...definitely not the welfare profile. And it's definitely in Brunswick. Look at the article next to this one. Under the name "Gordon," you can see where Brunswick is almost spelled out except for the last few letters.

Well, let us evaluate this passage by our ignorance of the situation...

Is the purse a gift?
Was the owner on food stamps upon obtaining the purse?
Can the owner sell the purse for a high value?

Yes, or no?

Weird. On my planet, the dictionary definition does exactly that. That's why we invented them.

Understood. Not the wealthiest of neighborhoods, but again, it's southeast Georgia. That's still not cheap for the area. Earth it and take a look. Doesn't fit the profile. It's not a very long street, so it's not as if the neighborhood goes from good to bad within a few miles. It's pretty much the same.

It does show you about the state of economic times, when even the middle class could be suffering a job loss, and be dependent on welfare at any given time.

With that said, what are you suggesting?
