It's mostly that refuse and garbage block the metal grates so the solution is for Palestinians to stop being filthy pigs which throw trash every where. Let them fester in their own filth until the barbarians figure out that basic truth. Maybe if enough of those stupid people die from easily preventable diseases caused by their filth then maybe they'll start to give a collective **** and actually stop just dumping their garbage and sewage every where.
