I am doubting this will hold up in a court of law, basically this is saying that it will overrule a federal law that doesn't exist.

partially true, but it also pre-empts any federal laws concerning these items.

No thanks, I have been through Wyoming and have little interest in that state...there is a reason why there is nothing there.

Parts of Wyoming are very nice. However, I was not referring to the scenery, I was referring to thier political sentiments and the will to oppose an increasingly tyrannical federal government.
