So, the role of women in Congress and their influence on the political process really boils down to a simple question:

Women: bad?

The role of women in Congress should be to get a better insight of what the rest of Congress wants for lunch and put their own twist on it.

Women make up the largest voting block in the US. You have to convince them to run and then convince women to vote for them.

Maybe you don't know the difference between confidence and arrogance...or just using the word out of context to load a silly point.

women can and do have the same personality traits as a man. they can be confident and or arrogant. they can exceed in business, or on the world stage. they can be a saint or a sinner or anything in between.

it is the insecure man who can't handle or appreciate an equal in a woman. they are put off by a woman being effective in what was once a "man's world", as I said they have no A game.

times have changed long ago. step up your game or get rolled over by a confident person.

So you see women as servers of men....that makes complete sense and why you lack the knowledge to understand them because how can you really know and understand a servant, right?

Sure they DO have the same traits...but it's not easy to determine how much of these traits are perceivable or expressed. Women are chemically different than men. This is a fact.
