Actually, you should be afraid of guys like Glenn Beck, not me. Beck's an obvious fraud, a guy who peddles fraudulent gold websites and survivalist nonsense. We all know that he rubs Vic's under his eyes in order to cry for the camera. Limbaugh and Beck are no better. Limbaugh is nothing more than a shock jock, peddling absurd conspiracies, racial hatred, mysogeny, and gay-bashing. And Hannity has never had an original thought in his life.
I'm perfectly happy letting these carnival barkers be the leaders of the Republican Party. It serves my interest, by allowing the GOP to insult and disgust legions of voters, for absolutely no reason. Thanks in part to them, Obama has a second turn, LGBT rights are extended, more people have access to health care, and folks recognize the anger and misplaced resentment that is at the heart of the GOP agenda.
Seriously, major GOP candidates are talking about how wonderful rape is, and GOP presidential candidates are calling Hispanics "Illegals", ranting about how black people, of all people in the US, have no work ethic, and blathering about Obama's birth certificate. And I'm supposed to be afraid. My only worry is that you guys will eventually find a candidate that has a brain in his head, and will reject that sort of brazenly bigoted nonsense.
