My guess is the child produced by the rape would prefer life to death.
If I was a produce of a rape, I would wonder why I was even born, just to be forced to have to live with what I was a produce of. That is a sick and disturbing act to create a child and it does nothing but create an unhealthy start for the child.

What it is in the beginning is a cluster of cells, if that is a child then a tumor is also a child.
