Well, I suppose it's time to demand a wrongful death investigation for every spontaneous abortion, then. Seeing as between 25% and 50% of all embryos are spontaneously rejected within six weeks, the good people of Alabama are going to be very, very busy. Oh, and the women quite often don't even know they're pregnant. So, I guess, we're going to have to institute mandatory pregnancy tests. Man, this is going to be expensive.
