1st step to eliminate violence - Eliminate bullying in schools
This video says it all,
we all have seen kids with issues at home and then being bullied at school.
At some point, those kids might end up taking extreme measures to revenge against people.
How should we stop it?

sorry but bullying in schools can't be eliminated. Bullying happens and will happen. Its not fun to deal with but people need to stop being such pansies. Bullying has been around for ever, yet now suddenly its this huge problem and people can't deal with it.
too much wussification has occured. Teach your kids to be tougher mentally and emotionally. Unless it gets violent and you're getting beaten, man up. Many, many people have gotten through bullying without becoming violent people.

Zero tolerance is the idiot mentality that got children suspended or expelled for having midol for menstrual cramps, butter knives in lunchboxes and pointer fingers and saying pow-pow.
The only thing I have zero tolerance for is zero tolerance.

Thats not the way it works though.
The bully terrorizes some kid until he loses it and beats the sh*t out of the deserving a$$hole then the school calls the police and he gets charged with assault.
